The short version. We tell you whether AI assistants are recommending your business, and what's likely holding you back. We don't touch your website, we don't manage your listings, and we can't promise a particular result — nobody controls what these assistants say. You can cancel a subscription any time.
UnhideLocal is operated by DevelopingRiches Inc. ("we", "us"), a company based in Long Beach, California. By using unhidelocal.com or buying anything from us, you agree to these terms. If you're agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorised to do so.
We ask AI assistants — currently ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini — questions a customer might ask when looking for a business like yours, and we report what they say. Specifically:
We do not make changes on your behalf. We don't access, modify or publish to your website. We don't manage your Google Business Profile or any other listing. We don't submit anything to directories or to the AI providers.
We tell you what to change and we generate content you can install. Installing it is your responsibility, whether you do it yourself or hand it to whoever manages your site.
We do not promise a specific outcome. AI assistants decide what they say based on systems we don't operate and can't influence directly. Their answers vary between runs, change without notice, and may differ by region or by how a question is phrased. Nothing we provide is a guarantee that any assistant will name your business, or that a score will improve.
Anything we say about likely causes is our informed assessment, not a certainty.

If you buy the Diagnostic and then subscribe to Pro, the $147 is credited against your first two months of Pro.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply. We may change prices for future purchases; a change never affects a purchase you've already made, and we'll give notice before changing the price of an active subscription.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Pro renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and your access continues to the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't pro-rate partial months.
If a payment fails we may suspend access until it's resolved.
Diagnostic ($147). This is a digital product delivered immediately after payment. If your report fails to deliver, or contains a material error on our part, contact us within 14 days and we'll correct it or refund you in full.
Because the assistants' answers are outside our control, a result you didn't like is not by itself a material error — the report accurately showing that you aren't being recommended is the product working, not failing.
Pro ($97/month). Cancel any time to stop future charges. We don't refund months already served. If monitoring didn't run when it should have, tell us and we'll make it right.
If you think something's gone wrong, email support@unhidelocal.com before disputing a charge. We'd rather fix it directly.
Each audit gets a shareable link containing a long random identifier. Anyone holding that link can view that report. That's deliberate, so you can send it to your web team. Share it at your discretion; email us if you want a link disabled.
Content we produce for you as part of a paid plan — schema markup, FAQ answers, entity copy — is yours to use on your own website, without restriction and without ongoing fees.
The service itself, including our scoring method, software and report formats, remains ours.
Quoted excerpts from AI assistants are reproduced as evidence of what those systems said. We don't claim ownership of them.
We aim to keep the service running but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. Third-party AI providers occasionally fail, rate-limit or slow down. When an assistant doesn't respond, we say so on the report and exclude it from your score rather than counting it against you.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising from your use of UnhideLocal is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost business or lost goodwill — in particular, we're not liable for business outcomes arising from how any AI assistant does or doesn't describe your business.
The service is provided "as is". Nothing here excludes liability that can't lawfully be excluded.
We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, if payment fails, or if the service is being misused. You can stop using it at any time; cancel a subscription as described above.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. If a change materially affects your rights, we'll give notice before it applies to an active subscription.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of California, unless the law entitles you to bring it elsewhere.
